How much does a repair cost?
Every repair gets a flat-rate quote before any work begins, based on the diagnosis. The diagnostic visit is $75, and we waive it completely when you approve the repair. No hourly surprises, no hidden fees.
Should I repair or replace my appliance?
We tell you straight. If a repair doesn't make financial sense against the age and condition of your appliance, we say so and you only pay the diagnostic. No-pressure recommendations are the policy, not a slogan.
Which brands do you service?
All major residential brands, including Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, Frigidaire, Maytag, and more. We use OEM parts whenever they are available for your model.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes. Repairs are warranty-backed on both parts and labor. If the same fault comes back within the warranty window, so do we, at no charge.
